The second trek is the consumption of proteins evenly throughout the day. The third trek is to include healthy unsaturated fat in diet. Avocado, Salmon, Extra Virgin olive oil, and nuts this food mainly contain healthy unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats are very important to decrease inflammation, and it makes persons active. According to the dietitian, eats a whole avocado along with eggs and feta is a healthy breakfast.

Eating carbohydrates in smarten way is the fourth trek. Carbohydrates are easily broken down in human bodies. An individual should eat fat or protein before a workout as it provides more energy to the body. The fifth tip is to eat mindfully. Trying eating slowly and finish every swallowed piece before taking the next. The final tip is about hydration. Drinking 1-2 glasses of water after every meal. Drink maximum water after having snacks. The above-mentioned treks lead to healthy and fit lifestyle.
