New iPhone SE2 to Come with LCP Antenna Design

It is now clear that Apple is planning to bring the iPhone SE 2 device in the market. With the new device, that is cheaper and uses the advanced hardware; the wider audience would be able to purchase the smartphone. According to the famous Apple Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the company is planning to replace older materials with the new materials. In the replacement strategy, Apple will start using the Liquid Crystal polymer antennas in the more modern iPhone SE 2 devices. Ming-Chi Kuo is a famous analyst, and he provides the leaked information to the media about Apple devices for a long time.

Apple’s Japanese Supplier, Murata is working on developing and manufacturing the latest LCP antenna designs to Apple. The company is working on the deadline of delivering the first batch of the LCP antennas to Apple at the beginning of 2020. Due to the delivery details of the Liquid Crystal Polymer antenna, the new iPhone SE 2 will go on the manufacturing belt in early 2020. Also, the device might debut at the end of the first calendar quarter of the next year, said Ming-Chi Kuo in a research note shared with the media professionals.

The new LCP antennas are being used in the devices from early 2019. These type of antennas are useful in the 5G network access, as they work consistently on all network bandwidths. As the company has now the access of Intel’s Modem business, the device might be the first one to have the 5G connectivity. According to the Kuo, the iPhone SE 2 will come with the latest A13 chipset, 2GB/3GB RAM variants and 64GB/128GB storage capacity. He prophesied about the new device back in last year and shared more details about the same last month.
